Neck and back clinic providers are available Monday through Friday and typically see patients within three business days — and often within one business day.

As part of an appointment at a Norton Leatherman Spine Back & Neck Pain Clinic, we’ll starting diagnosing the cause of your pain. That may involve X-rays, MRI scan or other imaging tests. The type of pain you have, the results of a physical exam and your insurer’s guidelines will influence the timing of these tests.

We do not routinely prescribe narcotics for pain unless someone has just had surgery. If we believe narcotics would be helpful to manage nonsurgical pain, we will refer you to a pain management specialist.
