For most, the flu is a mild illness and doesn’t require medical care — stay home for at least 24 hours after any fever breaks and avoid contact with others except to get medical care or other necessities.

Norton eCare is available 24/7 and provides virtual consultation with a provider with referral to Norton Healthcare Express Services drive-thru testing if needed.
If you have no symptoms but need to test yourself for COVID-19, a visit with a health care provider is not required. Over-the-counter COVID-19 tests are available for asymptomatic testing at most retail pharmacy locations. At times you may need proof of a negative test from a health care provider. In those instances, Norton Healthcare administers COVID-19 antigen tests to patients with no symptoms at Norton Healthcare Express Services, by appointment only. Appointments are available for all ages and can be scheduled online at NortonHealthcare.com/COVID-19. Please review your insurance for any recent changes in coverage for COVID-19 testing.
Norton Healthcare offers rapid PCR and on-site antigen tests providing results within visit time or at maximum 24 hours.
